Common questions before requesting service

Useful information to prepare before a fault assessment or repair request.

What should I send with a repair request?

Provide the manufacturer, model, fault symptoms, when the issue occurs and any error codes. Screen photos may help, but remove patient names and other personal information.

Do you support every brand and model?

Technical support depends on the device model, type of fault and availability of required parts. Each request is assessed individually; repair cannot be guaranteed for every device.

Does an error code always mean a part must be replaced?

Not necessarily. Similar symptoms may arise from settings, connections, power or hardware. A technical assessment should come before recommending a replacement.

Can cost and timing be confirmed from photos?

Initial review can begin with a description and photos. The final scope, cost and schedule may require further inspection and are discussed before work starts.
